Deleting a Project

Projects cannot be deleted if there are any line items linked directly to the project document. Examples include:

BCM line items
Meeting minute items

NOTE:

When the project is deleted, Proliance ensures that Team Role assignments to the project are also deleted.

When a user attempts to delete one or more projects, and one or more projects cannot be deleted due to line items on documents linked to the project, then Proliance:

Lists the projects that can’t be deleted
Indicates which documents are linked to the project so that you can navigate to them and delete the links manually.

To delete a project

Open the Projects register.
Select the project you wish to delete.
Click Delete.
Click Yes when Proliance prompts you to confirm.

The project is deleted.
